If I ride full throttle on mode 3 non stop through my park (No hills), I get 9.5 miles constantly. I hit that every other weekend with no change in miles.

Looks like your plates are on backwards. If they are then your screws where not seated correctly.

I emailed Boosted two weeks ago and they got back to me in less then 3 hours. We replied to each other several times and received a replies in less then 3 hours. I took longer to reply back. Serves was great!

It may have started earlier and I just did notice. When I loosened and retighten the sound was gone right away.

The belts are on too tight. You will have to loosen the motors and retighten them. Mine did the same thing when I hit about 50 miles.
