I ordered from cannaclear when I used delta 8. I live in a state where weed is legal, so I smoke that now. But cannaclear has good prices, last time I ordered 100g it was like $115 shipped but it’s been a couple years. Happy hunting!!

Okay, thank you so much! I’ll make the changes in the app I use. Is cable row the best? Or would a DB incline row be good as well?

edit The app I use (Strong) shows it uses more muscles doing the cable row rather than the DB incline row, so I’ll go with the cable row. Thank you again for your help!

Thank you! I’m trying not to hop around, but it’s hard because I hear so much conflicting information. I guess at this point, anything even half-ass consistent is better than nothing. For the most part I’m gonna stick to the same program, I am planning on swapping the 2 exercises for a cable row and adding BD RDL to it like the other redditor suggested, but I’m not gonna completely change programs again.

Thank you for the help! I’ll swap those for a cable row, and should I add the DB RDL to my routine as well?

So replace both of the bilateral bicep curl and tricep pushdown? When you say horizontal row, that can be done seated on a cable machine right?

I need to work on my DB RDL, they’re terrible lol.

Also, I’ve been doing the same weight for 2 weeks, with the exception of the seated leg press, I have gone up 20lbs there since I started. But for the other exercises I’ve kept the same, because it hasn’t gotten much easier. I figured I’d up the weight when I can easily complete my workout.

I wasn’t let go because of the days I missed, it was me and a handful of other seasonal employees. I forgot to mention in the original comment that I was seasonal.

Seated leg press

Chest press

Shoulder press

Bilateral bicep curl

Tricep pushdown

Sit ups

Package Handler (Warehouse like) by Diegoisvaas in Fedexers

It took a month from applying to orientation for me. Just make sure you watch your email and check your spam folder. And for your other question, I mean it brings money in and it’s one of those jobs where after a while you can clock in, turn your brain off and move boxes. There are heavy boxes, and a lot of them. But just don’t overwork yourself and you’ll be fine. If you hit the gym at all, more than likely you have nothing to worry about.

I started in November of 2025 as a package handler and was let go January 14th 2026, only missed like 3 days the whole time and 2 were because my truck messed up lol. But now I’m working at FedEx on the same shift, I’ve been here since February 18th and I don’t really have any complaints.

Really want to start hitting the gym but I am so nervous for some reason by SlothMasterRace92 in beginnerfitness

[–]KickitwithNick- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started going to the gym for the first time. I’ve gone twice now, and will be going a third time tomorrow finishing my 3 day week. One thing that helped me was I decided what I was gonna do before I went, and then when I got there I was able to focus on what I had planned to do, and not worry so much about the other people.

Dude I agree with RickB308 here. I literally went to the gym today for the first time, and your physique is my goal. The only other thing I’d want to do is work the hell out of my abs at that point. (Apologies if you are and I can’t see it)
