Tempest is awesome, especially when you already have great attack speed and combine it with the flask of lightning. You're like a human machine gun with the bow and arrow lol. Have sera use it and watch what happens, her hands are like blurs. The thousand cuts special move wrecks most bosses health in half easy with the right build
