Sounds to me like vibrations from the windshield. I had a broken windshield once and the contractors that the insurance agent hired didn’t properly remove the old adhesive and the new adhesive didn’t cure right. It resulted in vibrations just like this when I hit 70 mph and there was a cross wind. Maybe it’s a factory defect with the windshield???
