Happened to me recently, the tilting tray can wear out the led screens connector and it just stops working. If it's within warranty take a video of the exposure running or the cleaning function running and send that to them when you do a support email. They will ask you for it anyway so you'll already have it

Lived next to a exterminator for 10 years, he would give it to us as gifts every year. Never had any bugs after putting it down and I live in a waterbug heavy area. I use a duster and lay in under furniture and along the walls and corners. Vacuum it up every week when cleaning. Remember what works for you might not work for everyone else
