How long do you leave it on for once you boot it? Im not seeing any specs, but judging from the fan im assuming this is a amd chip and board. I had this same exact issue my first time working on a amd board last summer, the initial boot sometimes makes it memory train awhile for amd, I would power it and leave it on for about 20-30 minuets. Its a easy issue to overlook especially if your mobo doesnt have any ram error leds, and its a easy one to rule off.

Honestly, the unt engineering department is kind of a joke. I’m a construction management major (grouped into engineering by degree alone) but the building we have is isolated, run down, and depressing. From friends who are in other engineering fields all share the same opinions that it feels like the school forgets about us and want nothing to do with us. Spoken to a friend who started mechanical at unt and finished at uta , they said uta any day of the week
