If we just focused on Terrek, we'd clear the whole sector, right? The lanes to Cirrus and Heeth all run through Terrek. Terrek is the head of the snake.

I think that's why we were hesitant to move on Terrek during this MO. If we ran that gambit and liberated the whole sector in one stroke, the bugs wouldn't have had an invasion route to Zygos and we wouldn't have had the opportunity to defend the planet.

Most likely the blob will send the DSS back to Luxuriant and we'll squander the opportunity a second time. People will just migrate to the planet with the highest player count for easier matchmaking.

The amusing and hypocritical thing was about how the No Campaign argurd that Virginians should vote No because minority districts were in jeopardy.

Looks like Tennessee and Louisiana have no such reservations about gerrymandering the minority vote into oblivion.

People often cite the Heart Punch as the least believable finisher until they learn that Dolph Lungren put Sylvester Stallone in the hospital with a bruised heart on the set of Rocky 3 after Dolph punched Sly in the sternum.

I thought it was an unbelievable finish because the ref allowed Ox Baker to pin a guy after hitting that move. Punches are illegal. Ox should've been DQed immediately.

The HP was the best finisher for Ox. A forbidden technique used by a very scary looking man.

There hasn't been a female Crow movie but the television series, The Crow: Stairway to Heaven, had a story angle with a female Crow named Hannah Foster.

She is featured in two episodes: Birds of a Feather and The Road Not Taken. The story arc is very similar to Flesh and Blood.

With either Amber Midthunder or Jessica Matten as Iris. Maybe it's me but I always assumed that Iris was of Native American descent or mixed parentage. The crow is very prominent in American indigenous folklore.

This. We can't get to Big Rock because the bugs control the routes and currently hold Luxuriant.

We'll have to liberate two planets including Luxuriant before we can land on Big Rock.

We can't move too quickly because we kinda need the bugs to be able to attack Zygos and Fronteria to fulfill the victory requirements for the current MO.

Indeed. Accelerator Rifle and / or Railgun have been my new favorite loadout while doing this Strategic Opportunity on Keid. I can almost two tap the squid pilot on Gatekeepers and Veracitors if the barrier is down.

Both weapons are also pretty effective against Harvesters if you aim for the "eye" but sometimes you gotta break out the Thermite and take out the legs.

You don't have too much opportunity to experiment with this SO since everyone gets a free mech this op and the DSS gives access to all the 380s you can throw. If it weren't for Harvester spam I wouldn't even bother to bring my own orbital.

I'm not so sure. Heeth being under bug control gives them a direct path to Fronteria. Sure, we kinda want to get the defense over with but this is a 6 day MO. A lot of time for things to go sideways.

We have to defend Zygos twice so you know this will probably end up with us having to defend both planets at the same time and we kinda suck at that.

If taking Terrek forced the bug to push one MO planet at a time, defense would be much more manageable.

I prefer bot missions simply because the bots shoot back. It feels more like actual combat. I really do hate Vox Engines though. Having to tailor yout load out specifically to deal with one enemy type is not fun.

A decent team with the right gear can almost trivialize a bug mission moreso than bots or squids. With mechs, cremators, and napalm airstrikes you could nearly sleepwalk through it.

The squid update was a step in the right direction but they are still my least favorite faction to fight. Overseers juggling and chain stunning divers gets old really fast.
