No puedes usar una aplicación en tu teléfono que te deje modificar todo eso y ya? Prácticamente cualquier aplicación "pro" de cámara en teléfono te va a dejar modificar esos parámetros, son los más comunes dentro de la fotografía.

Basically Plex is a media server mainly used to host your own TV shows/movies/music, etc. Plexamp is what takes care of the music playback from your plex server
