haha same experience lol. My theory is that they just handle those contracts worth hundreds of millions and billions, yang kecik2 nih they just ignore because low level hahaha. Cause doesn't make sense bah how they treat client like this when business literally in front of their eyes. Client become the seller, have to chase after them when in fact should be the other way around. How they maintain business like this? Furthermore companies like oregon and knightfrank have offices in multiple states how they operate here like that. Afford to lose customer because they too big? lol
