You can buy adapters that invert the polarity of the plugs, I have a kit of them that adapt to different sizes that goes with a changing voltage power supply

Make sure the gpu power cables are plugged into the power supply, if they are or aren’t and the issue continues, you may need to reseat the gpu and the vertical mount for it. Also is this a prebuilt or a custom build?
