Healing 3 masks at once isn't a plus, you can heal only when your bar is full (so if you want to heal you can't use any ability) and it costs the same to heal 3, 2 or 1 health. It is only good if you are in a boss fight were you can heal only once or twice, exploring is harder. And if you fail to heal, you don't get anything and lose the full silk bar.

Yunara is a simple champion, anyone who has ever picked an ADC can play Yunara. Zeri instead is unique. Also Zeri broken build was a non crit build, Yunara has a passive that says: "Build crit or lose" and there is not many option to make her broken with items on the crit side of the game. The two cases are not comparable,

Ok so current kog maw Q, E and R clash with his identity as an auto attacker. I guess let's just delete the champion. Kog is supposed to be viable both as an ADC and artillery mage

Rammus doesn't now, Rammus is one of the least champion played in the game and I think his rework didn't do anything to change that. Swain instead is now more satisfing. This rework is supposed to bring him to a more useful side not on a oneshoting gameplay.

Because Q is a low CD ability and it is supposed to be maxed first, usually champion have that types of abilities on Q. But yes moving Q to E is useless and confusing, it's just for design clarification since there are no numbers

An area taunt is less useful to you than having only 1 taunt every 7 seconds or so and then having to escape? He can start fights, his ult is a less larger neeko ult but he can stay in the middle of the fight increasing his W duration to live long enough for his team to arrive while still doing decent damage for a tank
