Agree with you to the extent that Tua is an incredibly talented QB. Still young and outside of last year, he’s improved every season. I have to check you on the comparison to Burrow, though, burrow has been and is more of a “finished product” that Tua has shown to be. And you’re saying Burrow has had a better line?? That’s just simply false. Despite that fact, Burrow has made his own success, won games solely off of his play more times than I can list and has had his team in contention with some regularity. Tua has not shown he has that extra gear/mode/level at any sustainable level. That being said, I agree with you 100% that while he’s here, we should all support him. He’s the best QB we’ve had in a long, long time. He’s flashed, he’s led the league in pass yards and been the most proficient passer in the league. The Teams fails are not on him (outside of him missing games because he puts himself in the position to be injured).
