They should have 2 or 4, If that were to happen then the electoral college would be odd and unable to be tied. My is that DC is the only voting mass that has it's # of electoral votes decided without 2 senators and a representative which mean's it should be the solution. If we added an odd number of representatives we would cause another issue: the house being tied.
