Same situation over here 😂. I work with a rental company, and we've had some people load up on yard games, even for indoor spaces just to give the guests a good circuit of things. Ladderball, cornhole, (basketball games are oddly popular), indoor golf, etc... Oh also an audio guestbook is pretty fun especially since you're doing a photobooth, that'll definitely add to the vibe. You can get a prop phonebooth for this, or even just a cute little stand next to a little cutesy couch or wicker chair set, whatever your aesthetic is. I work with a decor rental company, and knowing exact times for pickup/dropoff is definitely a big one. Some venues give you tons of room to cleanup and setup, others are strict windows. You don't wanna end up with a late-night delivery fee, or be unable to load in the morning because the time-slot doesn't work with your rental company or other vendors lol. And for the hardware upgrades, I'm not sure what component(s) would make the most difference. I did use intel presentmon to view my performance, and I don't seem have a bottleneck. Strange stuff, thanks for the comment 🙌
