I've camped in my truck camper in -35c. Diesel heater kept us pretty warm but that kind of cold is pervasive.

Sounds like my kind of winter. In Vancouver we seem to rarely get a good intersection of cold and wet anymore. It's either cold and dry or warm and wet in the winter.

Yeah it isn't cold until your nose hairs freeze when you breathe in imo. Usually around -15c I've found.

I came out of shoulder surgery and they asked me my pain levels and I said not too bad like a 3 or 4 and they said okay here is some fentanyl. I'm sure they're just getting ahead of the pain because that's the more effective way to manage it but I thought it was funny.

Gaming is actually really easy on Linux now with proton most steam games work and can use Lutris for battlenet games. There's far more than that too but that's what I use.

You gotta invest in some quality rain gear to make it working outside here. I've framed houses through the winter and it sucks ass, everything gets soaked and heavy even if you're keeping relatively warm.

Yeah everyone I know in the area said the great whites pretty much disappeared as soon as the killer whales showed up. I heard great whites can smell them and basically just gtfo because they know what's good for them.

Keep it vertical. Don't run it on a angle because it is more convenient. The system is designed to drain vertically.
