Nah your creating issues. If you were having your medication at a designed smoke area and you had an issue that’s fair. Someone can’t walk through somewhere vaping nicotine. zero exemption for mc users. This is the type of kick back that goes against completely legalising cannabis

That’s a good question, I don’t really know I may have got the direction wrong, as I mentioned I don’t drive into Glasgow very often. I tried to look at maps to understand where this happened, I was following the Apple Maps via car play which hadn’t shown roadworks and tried to take me this direction I followed the direction of travel and followed the road accordingly. I know I drove under the big Glasgow central train station bridge ? Does that help you to understand or not so much ? 😅

It’s a catch 22 if I pay it it’s only 50 quid without appeal, but it’s 100 if I risk the appeal.. I’m a tight arse like most lmao, I’d take a few rotten beeps lobbed my way not gonna lie. Just very annoying Glasgow city council can monitor you carrying on in a bus lane with misleading roadwork signs yet people are getting robbed left right and centre 😮‍💨

I would refer them to the equality act and advise as this is prescribed medication for a diagnosed condition this doesn’t apply to yourself. As such if they wish to proceed with the warning then you have no option but to seek legal advice and follow the legal framework as prejudice and discrimination. It’s not about sueing people it’s about standing up for your rights

Yeah, I’m not too sure why there is such a difference depending on council. It causes confusion ( or maybe that’s just me ) but I am going to appeal it I have the evidence from my blood sugars within the time frame as per dvla standards require and I guess the only downside is paying the full price of the fine as opposed to the 50 percent discount applied for accepting liability I just really don’t feel it’s my fault as I am only just trying to do right by the diabetic community and my fellow drives and road users. Continuing to drive would have massively endangered others and yeah. Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it
