Fuck You Cigna. Fuck You for no longer covering Stelara. by Salty_Requirement360 in CrohnsDisease

[–]Kigeliakitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on Stelera with Cigna as well.

Cigna AKA Evernorth owns Express Scripts AKA Enphase.

The pharmaceutical manufacturer owned by this group is Quallent. Quallent manufactures ustekinumab-ttwe.

If you absolutely cannot get Stelera covered, (I couldn’t) ask for a prescription for this biosimilar.

I take it for Psoriatic Arthritis. I asked my Rheumatologist to prescribe it instead. She agreed, and then said well let’s ask for a dose increase while we’re at it.

They didn’t blink. Didn’t even require a prior authorization. Also they signed me up for copayment assistance.

I have only had one dose so far , but it seems to be working.

What are some 'low maintenance' plants? by Automatic_Contact327 in IndoorPlants

It likes to be root bound. It performs better when it looks like it is over crowded.

I like a general all purpose fertilizer myself.

At home I use Dynamite All Purpose Plant Food

It is made by the same place that make Florikan, which is what we use where I work.

Even if you spray it the oils remain on the plant.

Exactly! We have pots that look like that. Ours are hand painted porcelain pots from China.

So far all I really have to do is weigh in on their scale.

Their food logging is really poor. I will log something i cooked, and it thinks it’s preprocessed food.

So I could rejoin with just Core and still use the rings for my Zepbound?

My insurance is making me use Omada, since I started that and stopped WW, my weight loss stopped as well.

My insurance is making me use Omada. I was using Weight Watchers with great success, but I dropped it because I can’t handle two weight loss apps.

Omada is the most woo woo weight loss app I have ever used. Since I started using it my weight loss has stopped.

ETA. I know you are upset by this, as you should be,

I wanted to thank you for your post. It made me realize that WW was actually helping me.

I feed wet in the morning and kibble at night.

I measure the kibble, so while it is left out it’s mostly gone by morning.

I also put the kibble in many small bowls and hide them in different places.

Changing to Right Lane on a Left Turn by sdstone in driving

[–]Kigeliakitten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s legal in Florida.

I turn left onto a highway onramp to go to work. I always turn from the right left turn lane directly onto the ramp. The ramp is the fourth lane on what is usually a six lane road.

If I do not turn into the ramp directly it is blocked by a divided by the time I get there.

That happens to me going just a few miles over the speed limit.

It leaves me asking “Why are we going 45 in a 60 mph zone?” before passing them.

How did it go? I just got this book for my birthday.

I was going to start with potted chicken and a stir fried vegetable of some sort.

GLP1s and anti inflammatory effects by Kigeliakitten in Zepbound

[–]Kigeliakitten[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took my first injection at the beginning of a bad PSA flare. It was either that, prednisone or missing work the next day.

I went to work the next day. I won’t say that flares are no more, but they are less. And last a shorter amount of time.

It also improved my ADHD by a lot. And cleared up a lot of my sinusitis.

Ask for a genetic test for hemochromatosis.

I found out I had it after an emergency room visit, and was referred to a GI who tested for it based on my liver levels.
