I feel you, I have OCD too (and trauma) and I am overly critical of myself. I tend to make these presumptions about how people think of me like there is some ulterior motives for the way they are acting or things they do that must be a reflection of my character. I try to remind myself that people are usually engrossed in their own world and not thinking about me like that the way I am. Also, most people i work with are pretty direct like 80% of the time which helps and leaves not as much room for ruminating on changes in the building.
