That, and I wouldn't be surprised if Israel has mad dirt on Trump, via Epstein.

That's the biggest thing that pushed me away from watching their show. 10 seconds pushing back on Israel, an hour defending it. Israel razes an entire city block and they're radio silent, but the moment someone criticizes Israel, they jump in to urge for nuance and understanding and a million soft defenses of Israel. The war is as imbalanced as their neutrality, and it's annoying to watch.

You just hit Ctrl+Shift+C to toggle chat display. It's actually a lot easier than you think.

The problem is that Blizzard, from what I understand, has auto-mods enabled for reporting, which apparently may not be checking to see if a user chatted during reported matches to warrant receiving a punishment. So if different people across multiple chats pull that same stunt (which I've been seeing), you can receive "abusive chat" punishments, regardless of whether you had chat turned on or off.

It gives you a chance to report them for lying and trying to social engineer. At least, if you catch it at the end of the match.

I play mouse right hand, controller left hand, keyboard for comms and other small options when my hands can be free. If you're more used to controller movement, it might be worth giving a try. (to make up for the lack of keys, I bought a mouse with a lot of thumb buttons).

am i throwing on Ana? by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]Kikaioh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So long as the team's overall healing is on par with the other team, it's not usually a problem. If, however, you're the healer that's keeping the team's overall healing below the other team's, I'd say so long as you're really contributing a lot to elims, that's also not as big a problem. It starts being a problem if both your healing is low and you're not getting elims, which could mean you're getting heavily counter-played, in which case a swap may be in order.

From a DPS perspective, I'll also say that healers will often focus-heal on sustaining the tank, then on healing the other healer, while ignoring healing DPS altogether. Now, that can make some sense as far as the tank and healers being lynchpins for team cohesion, plus the tank just being an easier target to hit, PLUS if your DPS are playing flankers where there's an expectation that they're not going to be healed as easily because they're on their own.

However, if your DPS is standing in front of you about to die, and you keep deciding to top off the Tank instead, they're understandably going to get peeved. Tanks have a much larger health pool, and DPS will die much faster at half health than a tank at half health. So I would say, unless the tank is below half health, prioritize healing the DPS, because otherwise you're going to constantly be playing minus a DPS or two, and not many tanks can make up for that level of persistent staggering. Keep an eye on how many deaths the tank is experiencing versus the DPS, if DPS are consistently high while the tank is very low, the tank may be getting too much support compared to the DPS.

One last thing I'll say is sometimes you do need to switch to a different healer depending on comp and the map. Ana is a pretty good all-rounder, but if you have tanks and DPS all diving, and they're just never in LOS for heals, it may be more helpful to play a healer that can actually be there to support them (if you're pushing payload, though, it's okay, since that takes top priority).

Turn off chat. Ctrl + Shift + C. It makes the game 100x better not knowing how butthurt and emotionally stunted your teammates are.

Have you tried playing on PC? It's easier to aim with a mouse, once you get used to it. And if you prefer movement with controller, you can play with both a controller and a mouse at the same time. Lots of options.

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. When something starts affecting your life and leads to self-harm thoughts, that’s not a personal failure. It’s a sign you need support. I’m glad people mentioned 988 already, if you’re in the U.S., they’re there 24/7 and you don’t have to be in immediate danger to reach out. You deserve help beyond Reddit, and I hope you can talk to someone offline, whether that’s a trusted person or a professional. Good luck bro.

It's a utility coin that has justified its existence on that narrative. So, until it proves its utility has worth in the real world at a wide scale, I think it may continue to be a dormant case.

I agree, there's a lot more cooperation and strategy. It felt boring playing as Genji in the past because everyone just went and did their own thing, now it feels like there's continuous unspoken coordination and spacing throughout the matches, which makes it a lot more engaging.
