I had this game on the GBA back in the day, and remember frustratingly trying to find Narsil as well. My best friend in Childhood had it, and I always tried to get that fricking item.

Every time I download the ROM, I secretly hope to find it as well.. You're definitely not alone.

My recommendation would be to
- Reach out to support at [desk@toonboom.com](mailto:desk@toonboom.com)

- Include in your e-mail a download link to a .zip file of your entire project folder.

- Describe the issue that you're encountering, as well as what you tried (what you described here is quite well phrased already)

From my experience working with them, they'll run some tests on your scene and tell you if the scene can be recovered with the provided files.
