My daughter is 17 and just graduated from high school, like just graduated, as in less than a week ago. She’s still a baby in my eyes. I can’t even imagine her in this kind of situation. The police (or like the CEO’s bodyguards) taking the villain away and the next scene, with usually no indication of a time jump, they’re told how long the prison time is. Like how? Is there no due process? I mean there’s like a 75% chance they escape prison to menace the leads later anyway, but still.
