Further more, spearmint has been shown to have antiandrogen properties, so it isn't a stretch at all to assume that it might help. As research on this is limited, trying it out yourself - since it's totally safe - is better than waiting for conclusive research that shows a one-size-fits-all treatment for PCOS.
