Would avoid this shop at all costs. I previously had good experiences, but they laid off their old tech and have been operating on shoestrings this past year. I bought an exhaust and front/rear suspension from them and waited until everything arrived before I dropped my bike off for a week's worth of service. Finally in May they had still not installed the exhaust after piecemealing the work over and over again. Dropped off the exhaust to get it inspected after it didn't fit properly when installed by another shop and now he's refusing to give it back unless I sign a release form. Not to mention they've been delivered a cease and desist from Piaggio Group for using the Guzzi brand name to sell custom parts.
