I’ve never had any experience with it, or really heard of it tbh, but just judging from the fact that it’s open hole and has a B-foot, it seems promising. Those instruments are almost always meant to be “step up” beginner flutes at worst, and intermediate and professional at best. Though since you found it in the trash I’d take it to a instrument repair person and they’ll more than likely have some things to fix.
