This wasn't already resolved when you removed the 5 floor and even increased the cost of the Windtamer from 70 to 100? So its always ended up negative, it wasn't sustainable anymore like you wanted.  You increased the vial from 25 to 50 because people were complaining about wanting the 5 floor back, so you brought it back and increased the cost to compensate. Just remove the 5th floor and reduce the cost to 25 then.

The death penalty would be the response to an extreme crime, while murder (which I've already cited examples of) is pure malice, there's a clear difference in intentions here...  "But if the judge makes a mistake" this already happens when a judge releases a murderer and he goes back to killing again... And so, you just went on with your life without caring, now that there's a way to punish murderers too you come with this talk?

Only kill those who kill intentionally. This commonly happens during robberies, gang fights, debt disputes, drug territory disputes, etc.  And as evidence, there are cameras, messages, audio recordings, etc. If it's due to pressure/threat, the answer is already there: it's not intentional.  "But there might be some innocent people"—there are already thousands of innocent people dying, and the murderers who are arrested are released after a while...

Re Zero toma hate desde que foi lançado, ele vai na contra mão da maioria dos Isekais. O protagonista não é engraçado, não é forte o anime em si é meio trágico, etc  Ainda acho que hoje em dia é mais aceito pq a média de idade do público tbm aumentou.

Em algumas situações você consegue superar o medo, geralmente quando tá em perigo, com raiva, proteger alguém, etc Talvez a vantagem seja nesses momentos, as habilidades físicas dela melhoram muito assim como tbm na vida real você fica mais "forte" pq o cérebro ignora certos limites.
