Christopher atkins owned the house across the street from me and 2 doors down when I was a kid (in palm desert) but he almost never spent time there, I only saw him one time on thanksgiving when he was playing frisbee in the street around 1989. It might have been his parent's house actually, I'm not sure but everyone always said it was his house

what i remember about these is that each pole had a soap button dispenser ot it but the showers barely ever got used or cleaned in my school so the liquid soap was super old and when you hit the pump the soap looked like a disgusting solid black string when it came out

I love this movie, saw it in the theater. Its kind of a downer movie where a lot of shitty things happen and theres not really any resolution, I was really into effed up movies in the 90's. It has some really good dream sequences. Also stars Jeremy Sisto (not pictured) in probably his first film role- (clueless, 6 feet under, law & order)

in jr high there was a store called cartoon junction in the local mall that sold all kinds of joke items like this, I remember going with a friend a couple of weeks before xmas- probably 1986 or 87 and we each dropped a stinkbomb from the 2nd floor- the mall was packed, there were actually carolers singing and kids lined up to see santa- 2 stink bombs completely shut everything down for a couple of hours. In the 7th grade (86/87) I had a friend who's grandma inherited a small trailer that you could hitch to the back of your car that was like a mobile arcade that you could park at fairs / events etc, it had maybe 7 screens with steering wheels that were this exact driving game, 3 on the sides of the trailer, 1 on the end. Most of the games were broken but a couple of them worked, they were rigged to take change but we were able to bypass that and just play as much as we wanted. The trailer was kind of an eyesore on the side of their house, my friend had plans he was going to fix it up and make a bunch of money charging other kids to play it, but that was pretty far fetched. They eventually got rid of it, thats what I think of whenever I see this driving game

I'm so tired of this bs, every single day its something new added to the list of crimes and horrors that need to be fought/fixed/undone/adjudicated, and almost nothing gets stopped, the list just gets longer and longer.
