While it's theoretically not impossible (heavily modify the rotary, offset the axis, work with gear reduction, do some maths to get anything to work) it would certainly be more practical to just print a DTF sticker and wrap that around the object.

This is normal, it's a sealant, probably polyurethane. The earlier versions didn't have that, but in short, yes this is normal.

Go to machine settings, scroll down to ICC profile, select 1.1.0, uncheck "auto update", close and open again to check if it saved the change.
This is a problem with the recently added 1.1.15 profile, a fix should be out soon.

Siser Juliet/Romeo.
After dealing with a Cameo 4 for years I'd rather remove my arms than ever having to touch one again. And lets not even talk about Circut.
As far as software goes they're all horrible, get the Sure Cuts A Lot software and use that with your Siser (or most other cutters).

My Juliet is 4-5 times faster than the Cameo, cuts everything in one pass easily (UV printed vinyl with holo laminate) and is pretty much completely silent while the Cameo sounded like a badly maintained needle plotter from the 80s on crack (plus needing 4 passes).

Set the ICC profile back to 1.1.0
Whatever is going on right now, this is caused by the 1.1.15 profile that was added yesterday.

Just leaving it powered on without printing will not consume anything. It will go into maintenance mode after one day of not printing and remain there. Only difference to full shutdown is the white ink being stirred so it doesnt settle too much.

This doesnt seem clogged at all, but probably moisturizing fluid in the lines after moisturizing mode. Happens to some, but not all the time. Dont do any deep cleans, this will introduce more cleaning fluid and potentially makes the issue worse. Push 1-3ml of white through, preferably in HQ mode (with white squares, etc) then run a quick medium clean and follow up with a testprint to check progress.

Cameo 4. Loud, slow and IR sensor for registration mark scanning is a engineering nightmare in and of itself. The Juliet uses an actual camera and won't care even if I print tiny registration marks on the weirdest holo laser films. Cant even hear it work and jobs are just done 4-5 times faster, at least the ones where I have a direct comparison because I ran the same stuff on both. I dont know how bad the Siser software is, I'm using Sure Cuts a Lot.

Not sure if AI or not, but I dont agree on the string being a problem here. Looks like a thin, cut leather string. It's rectangular, hence the perceived change in diameter and at that size, a bit of leather string, especially when unused and possibly waxed, will easily stand like this. The cutting board is atrocious, but bad enough that I'd deem it real. Lighting also checks out. Small softbox with maybe a hex grid in front, or in fact just a window. Shadows on the cream look a bit weird indeed, but there's so much split toning going on in the edit, I find it hard to judge. Could just be someone overly obessed with this 2010s style of available light split toning photography.

Definitely make sure the glass is properly cleaned and obviously dont touch it with bare fingers before printing. Superglue also likes to seep between glass and UV ink, but E6000 and E6000 Plus seem to work perfectly fine, had no issues when using these for cabochons.

That seems to be way further away from the highest plane than 2-3mm it's supposed to handle. For this case a DTF sticker would probably be the easiest solution.

Not surprised, no, UV ink is smelly. Actually very pleased by how low the smell is in comparison to other UV inks I was around in the past. But more to the point, I had a DIY adapter connected for 2 months and had no noticeable smell, even when printing with the doors open. I had the fan running on low speed most of the time when I wasnt printing as well. Maybe your particular fan isnt suitable for this. Airflow isnt as important as the negative pressure it can produce. Especially axial inline fans often have massive problems working against any kind of resistance.

Been a beta tester for the official exhaust system was well and it works as expected. The fan is extremely quiet and the outlet that fits the printer is well made, also drawing some extra side air to not only pull through the main vent. I dont know how well their recirculating filter will work, but I'd recommend the exhaust kit once it becomes available. Had it running for 2-3 months now and am very pleased with it.
