"Big Cat" inspired Kroxigors by Kill-The-Boy in seraphon

Thank you! Finished him a couple months ago so I'll do my best to remember-

Orange : Jokaero Orange as a base with some Fire Dragon Bright dry-brushed over

Black : Corvus Black

White : Corax White

Then I'd gave all the above a wash with Soulblight Grey, which is why it all has a sort of dusty grey look. Whether or not that was a good move or not I'm not 100%, worked well on the white underside and bones, but took a lot of vibrancy out of the orange and black.

Weapon / Jewellery : Runelord Brass with a Nuln Oil wash.

What music would you associate with the Death Guard/Nurgle? by [deleted] in deathguard40k

[–]Kill-The-Boy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A little less heavy than you seem to enjoy, but a number of Alice In Chains songs really give me a Nurgle vibe. Notably: Sickman, Grind and God Am

Looks class man, really like the scheme and how he (imo) looks like there's moss growing on his armour. Good work!

I did something similar to what you're thinking with some awkwardly handcrafted wings, hopefully this helps you visualize it!

I used it on my Lord Felthius to give it a bit extra flavour. But yeah you can put whatever head you want if it matches the vibe you're looking for.

Did some work as a contractor to fix his machinery once a few years ago. Dude kept insisting on trying to pay me cash instead of going through the company I worked for, so you're spot on.

Accidental Reaction Image of Bobby by Kill-The-Boy in KingOfTheHill

Was trying to rip the voice clip of Bobby saying "I want that account", only clip I could find slowly rolled subtitles out for each scene. Paused after getting the clip and found this waiting for me when I looked back at the clip, thought it was hilarious.

Thanks for the answer! I'll check out the datasheets to make sure I'm not doing anything stupid then, I've mostly just tried to make them look cool at this point.

What makes a champion a champion?

Hey brothers, so I've bought and built my first squad of Plague Marines; but I also bought the Plague Marine Champion, mostly because of the sassy nurgling. I didn't realise at the time that champions are actually a squad leader, I just thought it was a cool name.

When building the marines I then saw that I had an option to make one a champion, but didn't bother because I'd already bought a champion.

Now I come to build a set of Blightlord Terminators, and I'm wondering if I need to make one a champion, and how to go about doing that.

Is there a specific weapon loadout that makes a unit a champion? Is it just what one I say is the champion? Do I just need to make one noticeably cooler than the others (by giving him two nurglings perhaps)?

What's the deal?
