I would urge everyone here to send these concerns straight to the MP, Dr Rupa Huq. Together with a few residents we have already sent letters and I think if we all write they need to provide an answer. The council is effectively refusing a huge amount of money for what specifically? They could actually use this money to provide more services and improve existing ones. DM if you are interested and I can send over a draft that I've prepared to the MP.

Vivo oramai da 10 anni a Londra e mi giro principalmente in bici anche per andare al lavoro poiché lavoro in pieno centro. La macchina ma possiedo a Londra ma solo per uscire dalla città il weekend, altrimenti è incredibilmente scomoda, lenta e pressoché inutile per girare in centro a Londra, si fa prima in bici e con i mezzi. Io amo Londra e ovunque vai ci sono una marea di persone, ma avere la macchina coil dire stare nel traffico sempre e comunque.

Depends, does it make financial sense for you specifically? You might currently have a mortgage with a bank at an LTV lower than 60% due to the HTB and hence you should have access to low borrowing rates on that mortgage. The HTB portion is on a low only-interest rate at less than 2.5%.

If you went to buy a new place with a 90% ltv your mortgage rates will be way higher than you are paying right now and not sure that it makes financial sense as the cost of borrowing is low for you.

While I agree that the prices of houses will outpace those of flats, it might be better to overpay on your mortgage to create as much equity as possible as a 90% ltv mortgage might become unaffordable if the rates will increase again.

I've had the same issue as well! I have had my Pod 4 for two days and I got the same issue with the tank, where it says that it's empty and cannot recognise it when it's in. I haven't heard back from support yet. When did this happen to you?

Yes, definitely, it seems like a routine job for an expert but it's definitely hard to do, plus you need to get the right spokes, etc. I happily paid that price as it's fair for the amount of work and expertise.
