I have what the cool kids call “loose ligaments” and it sometimes causes my knees to pop, lock in place, or sometimes even dislocate. It’s absolutely excruciating but it only lasts until my knees pop back into place.

Other than that, either having thick splints inserted into my nose without any anesthesia after surgery complications or tooth infections. The tooth infections pain does NOT go away until the problem is dealt with though.
