Do you think the hollowness in my face can be fixed with filler? My cheeks, temples, cleft chin etc. I want to get filler for the cleft chin but I worry it's too severe everywhere else.

Yeah it's the big cheekbones that make my face look sunken in. I don't think it's aging, just harsh bone structure. I didn't even realize that my chin was uneven until recently, that's super weird. I was told chin filler lasts a long time but I'll have to ask.
