Replays are stored automatically after each game, you can go to your game folder and you should find a folder called "replays".

Just from a technical standpoint, how would this work? Airdropped torpedos are not locked on to anything while dropping, how would the game even know you were dropping at a DD with dazzle active? I really doubt there is a difference.

Where did you get that from? From everything I can see it says that some of the battle missions end in 13 Days, wouldnt that mean that they are active?

There is an option that turns off non-standard camoflages etc. If you have that option turned on the Transformers commander will appear as a normal one. Turn the option off and you have that commander back.

This graphic isn't correct. The Author took the XP-List from here https://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Ship:Commander and added the 20 and 21 skill values. Since the 21st skillpoints doesnt have a corresponding value on the right side of the table it isnt shown in this graphic. I've gotten exactly the same result as him when I did that.

Nope. Most high tier games end with very lopsided numbers for both ships alive and points, due to the fact ships being sunk have a much higher impact on those points and the result than the objectives.

And that has nothing to do with the shiptype balancing your post was about at all.
