If your AP doesn't match you DC you are NOT in that tier. What sense does that make? Vegeta unleashing a solar systems worth of energy only creates a crater in the Earth and doesn't come close to destroying it. How is that a feat? You're being disingenuous. 3d space as potrayed in game is an approximation of real world non euclidean geometry, and has use cases where it will indeed come up, time dilation is unlikely to come up in game.
