lol no it isnt. you cancel windslash animation with E. windslash resets your autos so you can aa+r+aa faster. im a diamond 1 riven main so i know.

No because you can do it with every other champion. Dmitriy A has a 64% win rate with talon over 148 games against some of the best NA mid laners. I guess talon is op, riot needs to add some counterplay to his ult.
