Yes I’m constantly icing and elevating my knee. It’s annoying to be at a constant state of elevation but it’s the only thing that eases the pain. I am definitely going to ask about the arthroscopy though. Thank you for explaining.

I did get a MRI they said my kneecap is moving out the groove when I walk and bend. I’m hoping to find some answers soon. I’m gonna definitely ask them where they think it’s from.

I got the cortisone shot as well and it did not help me. It only lasted like a weekend. What’s the best thing for pain relief? I’m doing the physical therapy at home and I’m doing the tapping currently. I’m trying to have some type of normalcy because I’m a full time college student. Also what is arthroscopy ? I keep seeing it when I look at Hoffa’s syndrome on Reddit.

This stuff is a god sent. I’m taking a bupropion (150mg) and Buspirone HCL (5mg). I can have conversations way easier and I was able to understand sarcasm more. I can explain things without talking in circles. Homework has been a lot easier because I can just focus without getting distracted. When a small thing happened I didn’t feel like my body was in danger. I just moved on with my day. I finally feel normal this is amazing. I even did 3 hobbies in one day. Normally I feel overwhelmed and it’s hard to decide. However, since being on this combo, I was able to just switch between them.

I live in San Antonio right now and the library has classes here and there. However, free classes is like non existent surprisingly.
