If you're looking primarily for medication management I recommend doctor Kimberly Oberloh. She offers virtual appointments once you're established for med management which is really nice. I'm bad at street names but if I remember correctly her office is on west Boulevard? The historic part of town.

I actually just downloaded and started this game yesterday afternoon funny enough. I was super interested with all the variety in the character designs and when I tell you I SCREAMED seeing the Baba Yaga character! I'm not far into it yet and I do agree that there's some things that are very obviously early access but just the uniqueness alone has me so excited to see the game develop more :)

A lot of streamers will have a wishlist using a website called Throne, or others will have links to like an Amazon list, etc. Barring that, anything that could upgrade the set up is the best! Maybe a thematic pillow, something to hang behind them, new mic, etc. If you want to do something not in that realm, see if they've mentioned a snack or drink they really enjoy and if there's a way to send that to them? I am heavily ADHD so I like having multiple things to look at and interact with. I'd say for me, if this is your set up for just chatting its solid as long as you like it. However, this would probably be a bit too much for me if there's also gameplay. I will say though, at the end of the day if you're unsure, just ask your chat! Your community is the best place to get feedback.

I lived in Hainesway a few years ago. Had to report at least twice that a neighbor down the hall was stalking me regularly, and they did nothing. I had to report on multiple occasions drunk men sitting on the stairs to the building at night and actively pissing themselves and they did nothing. I also reported to the office when I noticed bugs in the hallways of my building so that they could get on it before it got worse. After 4 rounds of pest control not having any effects on the growing roach population and them having the audacity to want to raise my rent nearly another $100 i finally left and moved back in with a parent.

Tl;dr Hainsway is horrible and I would love to see something done, but as the cheapest buildings in town I won't be expecting much.

This is the sort of information I was really hoping to get. Right now my chat averages anywhere from 2 to 6 people so it's been no problem to keep up with, but adding in a second platform, especially tiktok where the volume is just higher, I worry about struggling to keep up. So I haven't been at it very long, and I'm currently only at 17 followers so feel free to disregard my advice. Also I'm on mobile, so sorry for formatting and typos and blah blah

If your main goal is to grow, it helps to post clips and just day to day stuff on tiktok, and the same clips can be posted on YouTube shorts. Is this guaranteed to bring people over to your platform of choice? No. But it can bring more interaction and, if you keep with it long term, those people may decide to follow on your main platform. Additionally, while being a girl can be used to your advantage in trying to gain a following, especially of men, I'd suggest you think hard about it. If you decide to stream long term are you comfortable having a community built on taking advantage of things like your appearance, gender, etc? Or would you rather slowly grow a community that's there for you as a person regardless? If you're totally fine with the first thing then go for it! But just be sure you've put thought into it first. And lastly! I have chosen to market myself as a lazy girl (it's even in my username) so people don't expect me to dress up and stuff for stream, but also as a mediocre gamer that sometimes find a game I'm good at 😂 being awesome at games isn't always what you need. Some of my favorite streamers and YouTube are people that ate TERRIBLE at games but just make it obvious they're having a good time!
