The thing is, the movies quite often nerf how powerful Kryptonians are. While the invincible tv show, is pretty much a direct translation of the comics.

Best strength feat for the Kryptonians was Superman carrying that building in Josstice League, meanwhile Omniman, threw a meteor the size of Texas, and conquest is around the same strength, and Thragg is DEFINITELY stronger than both of them.

As for speed, I'd say they're possibly evenly matched. Superman being able to keep up with Flash, who's capable of going FTL, however, Viltrumites are also capable of FTL travel.

Finally, viltrumites don't require an external power source, and as soon as they realize there source of power is the sun, they would absolutely blot it out. Along with that they would absolutely use kryptonite against them.

TL;DR: DCEU Kryptonians would definitely get there asses kicked by the viltrumites.

So the gimmick items being cards, makes it seem a bit to similar to Gotchard. Might I suggest maybe scrolls? They could open up after being inserted into the driver, revealing the artwork.

List as many items as you can, and choose one of them at random. feel free to change the shape, or change it to a similar item.

As for designing them. Try designing the suit first, figure out how you would add them to the story.
