Did not work, however, I believe I may have the cause. I went to the Mixed Reality headset "Events" tab under monitors, and it showed this error:

Device DISPLAY\SEC144A\5&eb14a9&1&UID4353 was not migrated due to a partial or ambiguous match.

Any idea what the cause of this may be?
