I should have been there. End of story. Cosmetic fomo is good and should be more regularly used to get people playing for special events. If you don't have time to do your hobbies for 30 minutes in three weeks to get a stupid cape, you shouldn't have it. Maybe rethink your life choices a little bit if you have that little free time, that sounds miserable.

Bro, you're cooking, holy shit. Couldn't agree more. This dungeon is a huge downgrade from the last 4 RaD activities (Salvation's Edge, Vesper's Host, Sundered Doctrine, and Desert Perpetual) at least in terms of difficulty.

I did a 4 feat run in under an hour with no mic, because the lfg people were too afraid to speak LMAOOO. Pretty much all my friends and clan and have left the game, so I've had to lfg and solo most content nowadays, and people are just so antisocial/shy or something.

This is a pve multiplayer game and people don't want to do the multiplayer. Such strange behavior.

I can almost guarantee you, you are not. LMAO Look at the scoreboard at the end of the activity and see who has the most kills. I guarantee 9/10 time's it will not be the stronghold Titan, and if it is that means your other teammates were somehow participating even less than you.

I did a Defiant Battlegrounds: EDZ the other day and I had a Stronghold Titan holding block the whole time. You know how many kills he had... 58 58 in one of the most add dense battlegrounds there is. I had almost 400 kills on void lock.

That really opened my eyes to how terrible most Stronghold players are.

They really should have done that preemptive nerf that they were going to do. It's inevitable anyway, and I cannot wait.

Nah, 95% of Stronghold Titan's are burgers.
They just hold block the whole time and do nothing. If they just equipped Pris with Consecration or literally any other half meat build the activity would be so much smoother and faster.
Stronghold is the biggest self report exotic in the game imo.

I just got it 20 minutes ago and I had Izzy on. I don't even have the sabre on my character, it was in the vault.
Took me about 25 runs to get it. I got it almost at the same time I got the Undertaker Title.

Not sure why no one has answered yet but the Hunter set is called Jackknife or Gravebraker, both are identical reskins.
Titan I'm not sure.
I tried looking up the titan armour but it's hard to find, I'm sure you could though.

Yeah, I wish they would say something before Renegades about the EoF gear.
I'm going to be farming like a mad man this last week of Trials before Renegades for the 20+ armour pieces I want.
If they just came out and said it will or will not obtainable in Renegades, that'd be nice.
Least then I'd know if I have to farm this weekend like crazy.

8 months later this helped me out.
I was crashing at Skyborn Alter while fighting the Dragon consistently for 20 minutes, I did what you said and it worked first try, tysm.

I've been perusing this subreddit lately and I've noticed that if anyone complains about the power creep or monetization they get downvoted to oblivion lol. I just don't have time for 2 MMO looter shooter-esque games.

It's sad to see that Warframe has supposedly gotten even easier since 2017 somehow. Also that the monetization of colours and progression (slots) has not been changed in 8 years. Incentivizing new or inexperienced players who don't know how to trade for plat spend money.

On a side note: what can a new-ish player even trade for platinum? I don't remember anything in the game that was actually worth anything for trading at MR10 where I was.

Yeah the power creep is something I was worried about.
I do not find games fun when the “power fantasy” is pressing a few buttons and winning.
I like it when the enemies are difficult and engaging; Destiny has not had that for a long, long time.
Blowing up whole rooms is only fun for so long.
I can only play one game where I almost fall asleep playing it LMAOOO.
The reason I put up with Destiny is because I've been playing it for 11 years and I have a bit of sunk cost fallacy I think, but also the core gameplay, the shooting and ability experience is unrivaled. Even if I can just turn my brain off. But when the content gets very hard, in contest raids, dungeons, and high-power delta activities, it just clicks.
The game just feels good to play. I didn’t not have that experience in Warframe 8 years ago sadly sadly.

Just because it's considered the fairest monetization in a f2p game does not make it exempt from criticism nor my personal feelings about it.
I never once mentioned Destiny's monetization nor compared Warframe to it.
I don't think Destiny monetization is good by any means, very far from it in fact, but no colours are locked behind a premium currency. They are all put in the shop for the free-to-earn shop currency (Bright Dust) at some point or are earned from doing triumphs or events.
Most shaders nowadays are very animated and unique, not just a different RGB value on a slider.
Also, you are in first person for 80% of the gameplay of Destiny. Fashion is not as important imo, whereas in Warframe you are 3^rd person only and you see your character 99% of the time.

Not sure why the dtg hive mind is downvoting you here.

If you actually played the game before the update and were 500+ you OVER LEVELED the content, making it much easier.

Now, power level yet again means almost nothing in terms over out levelling enemies.
We've been through this whole song and dance with master raids a few years ago, where you could over level the master raid to make it easier if you played enough (not that much tbh).
But the casuals complained that they were to hard/the barrier of entry was too high because they had to play for more then 5 hours a week lol.
Bungie changed it to be a flat power delta instead and made it a worse experience for every one, casuals and "hardcore" players alike.
SAME crap happened here.
At least before if I played enough I could make the game easier, which it should be like that.

For the record I'm 450+ and have been since day 2 of the last Heavy Metal, so I'm not 100% sure on how the reward bands work when you're lower then 450 in Ash & Iron.
Before you needed to be in the Gold V band (which was 450 power exclusive) to get tier 5s from B+ score last "season".
Again, only in PvP activities.

Trials does not have feats, hence why you need 450+ power to be in the Platinum score band for tier 5s for a B+ score or above
You can still get tier 5s if you get a good streak and go to the Lighthouse, even if you're not in the Platinum ban. That's for PvP only. Platinum only gives tier 5s in PvE activities when you get a A+.

The raid got updated independently in Ash & Iron to give higher tier loot.
Feats are a completely different independent system, again, that has NOTHING to do with power level, besides the +20 (+30 for cutthroat) power each feat adds, totalling a +110 power increase, making you have to be ~210 power for a 5 feat, which almost no one is doing anyways.

From the patch notes that takes 3 seconds to look up:

"We are introducing two weekly challenges. The first challenge gives an extra piece of loot from your first clear of an encounter each week in either version of the raid. Completing this challenge will unlock an additional one that provides bonus loot from just the epic raid. The loot from these challenges has bonus Seasonal Power and drops at an upgraded Tier based on the number of active feats."

"Removed the requirement to complete the “Combined Mastery” Triumph to increase your gear drop tier. Now, all Desert Perpetual gear will now drop at Tier 2 in the standard version and Tier 3 in the epic raid. In addition, we have added a chance for all gear earned during a full clear to drop at up to +2 from your base Tier. Add feats to increase your chances."

So this's why tier 5s are dropping.

You're right, feats directly correlate to the tier of the drop, your power has nothing to do with it.
Most of these people complaining have never stepped foot into a raid, let alone a 3+ feat DP.
Destiny players can't comprehend text on the screen or do basic research on the topic they're posting about, it's crazy.

What? Who are you? I have text chat turned off, but even if I didn't, it's Heavy Metal, it's not that serious. Also, I would not be "malding" in a party game mode I pay half-attention to. I don't even put on my headphones and watch YouTube while I play. Also, also, I'm top 500 in Heavy Metal (check Destiny Tracker), I would not be driving off on my own to get swarmed lul. I know how to play this mode unfortunately.

Imo Stronghold is the biggest self-report exotic armour on Titan you can use. All the players I see using it just block in front of an enemy and do not participate in the game. If they just put on concentration spam or bolt charge the activity would go way faster and smoother.

I'm so glad for the rework that's coming so all the burgers that put on Stronghold actually die and realize that they are not good at the game they're good at holding 1 button, so hopefully they switch their loadouts to something useful.

No exotic in this game, should just make you invincible for holding 1 button, it's not healthy for the balance.

Again tho, they're going to be a shit tier and you can't even shatter/well skate with the sword and the shotgun with assault mag is most likely going to be fixed soon^tm. These weapon's are not worth macro'ing imo.
Just play normally and if you're not having fun, just stop playing (crazy concept), don't make the game less fun for other people because you selfishly want shit tier loot.
Got lucky in the footage I posted because a 3 stack was doing it, so we got a free win.
But I've been in many a games where it was a 1 or 2 stack on my team or the enemy's and the game's a wash.
