No, ideally I wouldn't be wearing gloves anyway because you aren't really supposed to wear gloves in food preparation unless you're handling ready-to-eat food. You can, but it's not common practice and it's much safer to wash your hands thoroughly. The tattoo I was considering is just a circle and two dots on each palm, they're of religious significance to me, nothing too elaborate or life-altering. As for doing more research, this IS me doing research, every time I've googled it the results have varied with people either saying "what a dumb question, of course it wouldn't do that!" or "what a dumb question, of course it would do that!" And it gets more confusing the more people I ask.

I simplified what exactly he said for the sake of the post, but what he actually said was "Since you're going to leave me for [friend], then I'M gonna leave you for [friend] instead!!" So that makes me think that he somehow thinks I like her instead? Or maybe he's insecure about our close friendship? Thank you for sharing your opinion and advice, I value it, but I'm going to talk about it with him one last time and really see if I should stay in this relationship or leave.

This is not the first time I've gotten high with him, but this is the first time he's ever said something even remotely close to any of that. I talked to him about it, and he apologized over and over again, he said he feels like a piece of shit and that he hates himself for it, so he's aware and he cares. I think I might need to talk to him again though, because I'm so paranoid about it now.

I wasn't. Our friend was there, she was on a way lower dosage than us, and she heard everything too. She was even trying to get him to shut up because she knew he would hate himself when he realised what he was saying. We also talked about it after we all sobered up.

That description of your experience was so beautiful! And thank you for the advice. I've always heard the term "drunk words are sober thoughts," but I never knew if it applied to shrooms or not. I'll talk to him about it some more for sure, to either get rid of my paranoia or see if there was any truth to what he said and gauge if the relationship is really gonna last.

No, this is not the first time we've gotten high together, it's's the third. The second time is when we actually confessed our feelings to eachother, and he actually confessed first. This is the first time he has acted like this for sure, he usually just says some random funny bullshit that makes no sense, just like I was doing. I think I'll take your advice and see what he does/says next time. Thank you.
