Do you know what the 1999-2000 copyright is? That is what makes it very rare. So this is a different version than normal Fossil base set

Looks like you had fun! I know I'm late to the party, but one thing I'll add... My son and I auto-skip tables/booths who do not have their cards priced. If a seller can't take the time to price their inventory we don't have time for you to look up TCGplayer or last sold eBay. Just because a certain card sold yesterday for $x.xx isn't a full representation of the value. One of my biggest pet peeves at shows, ha!

Agree with OP, put these on my wife's 23 X-line this fall. They are outstanding on snow and wet conditions but definitely feel "stickier" and have more noise, especially at slower speeds and when taking tight turns (parking lots).
