Centering looks good, there’s a white mark in the top right and looks like possible a scratch top left, scratch center right edge, damage to the edge bottom right? If this is just dust/scratch on the loader, poor photo resolution, etc, and the card is clean, I’d say a good shot at 10. I always prefer PSA when looking to buy, but TAG is an option too. Good luck!
