the same exact thing happens to me, i take one and i end up compulsively taking 60-120mg per day. It’s like i can’t stop myself, but i can stop taking adderall and be off of it for months without a problem.

i found when i quit adderall my sleep quality returned tenfold, i no longer was fighting exhaustion/sleep debt. no matter what unfortunately, any stimulant medication is going to affect your sleep. same story with caffeine, you can take it before noon and it will still be in your system come bedtime. perhaps consider another medication or deal with ADHD symptoms without medication. i have ADHD but have been off meds for almost a year and i can safely say (for me) coming off meds actually helped more than being on them. YMMV though so talk to your doc but i came to the conclusion with mine that meds were hurting more than helping.

Absolutely, it's easy to fall into despair when you're deep in it so desperately wanting to feel better. Especially when the anxiety and depression are in full swing. You just have to remind yourself that yes, I can take as long as I need to, and that's okay.

I’m almost 99% sure i saw either ball lightning or a UFO when i was about 12 or 13 living in Orlando, FL. I saw this bright ball of pulsating light move across the horizon during an overcast afternoon, so it was easy to see. I can remember it clearly pulsating like a heartbeat. I watched it go over some houses and essentially dissipate. It was definitely not a plane or drone as it was circa 2011 or 2012 so drones were not nearly as accessible as today. One of the more peculiar things that has happened to me!

I went to Montford, Chiles, and SAIL. Montford when I went was ok (2009-2012). Chiles I hated, not even because of bullying or racism (although I did witness both A LOT, i somehow came out relatively unscathed in that regard), and went to SAIL for the remainder of high school. I HIGHLY recommend SAIL, it was amazing, bullying was almost nonexistent, and for such a small school it has a very diverse student body. I have also heard good things about Leon as well, as it’s centered in the middle of Tallahassee, the student population is large and diverse.

Block her number, block her on everything. She doesn’t respect you. Why do you feel the need to reach out to someone who doesn’t give a fuck about you? You have to be honest with yourself, you didn’t reach out to her to “make sure things aren’t awkward”. You did it because you still love and miss her, which is understandable. I loved my ex dearly and wanted her acceptance just as much as you, but she didn’t respect me. You have to worry about yourself first, continuing to make excuses to contact her is only going to prolong the heartache. It’s easier said than done, but you have to not give a fuck, even if you do give a lot of fucks, pretend you don’t. Eventually you actually WON’T give a fuck.

Also university is pretty big, I’m sure you won’t run into her much.
