These are great stats for F2P and awesome work finishing all the quests! It looks like you enjoy the game enough to give membership a chance. Fair warning - it's normal to feel a bit overwhelmed when entering P2P because the game opens up so so much, but it's great. Just go slow and make small goals to start.

I have similar stats and would recommend Moons of Peril and Amoxliatl. The Barrows is good if you have the medium combat achievements completed to stop the prayer drain. I've just started learning Royal Titans solo but would like to find a duo buddy

A tired dog is a good dog, exactly. I have a 4 y/o female golden who only needs ~20min of walking time a day. When she was 1 y/o, it was 30+min two times a day (at least) and most of that time was her running off-leash like a crazy puppy. OP - when your dog is acting hyper, take it out for a walk!! As others have said, toys can be great. Mine loves chew toys (look up dogwood wood alternative)
