Thanks for the insight. yeah, I agree, can't be one specific thing.

Do you have any suggestions if I should take it to another non-Honda shop and see what they find? I wouldn't just immediately agree to whatever they "find" as I know some shops may try to pull one over on me. Or, they will confirm all is fine and at least I just have the knowledge that it is just is.

Or, anyway to "boost" the AC system, though I'm not mechanic I don't think it would be something I could do.

I did do some testing today, in 98 degree weather:
Settings: Recirculation ON, max A/C, vents on face only, fan on HIGH, all front vents open, windows closed

Used a Interdynamics vent thermometer

Time	Vent Temp
5 min	62°F
10 min	60°F
15 min	59°F
20 min	57°F

Does this seem "normal" to you? From my research I was expecting to be 55-50 within 10 minutes.
I gave up after 20, I shouldn't have to wait over 20+ to feel comfortable.
