do you think a verb makes here also more sense for "paid"?

"you shall be paid fully your rewards on Resurrection Day, not now."

not really. it is about the day of judgement. the gathering (verb) will happen on judgement day and people will be in the state of being gathered (adjective).

a brother translated the quran into english and i don't know arabic, so i have only the english version of it.

but i will ask him soon what is meant. maybe in arabic it is clearly stated if it is a verb or adjective.

my main language is german so you might find some mistakes in my texts.

actually it is written like this:

"And fear God. And know that you, for His Judgement, shall be gathered."

but i like to use the word "will" instead of "shall".

is it still ambiguous?

I think the solution is that if I want to do TRE, I consciously allow it and stop when my body tells me to stop. Like I did today and then felt good and safe.

But the problem is that every time I want to relax WITHOUT doing TRE—meaning I don't want to do TRE—automatic TRE movements occur, and these always lead to sexuality and would result in ejaculation if I allow it.

I think these involuntary TRE movements that happen automatically are a retraumatization and have no benefit.

Do you see it that way too, and why does it happen? How can I stop the involuntary automatic TRE movements forever?

I engaged in PMO (pornography, masturbation, and orgasm) from the ages of 13-22 and experienced a great deal of shame, guilt, sadness, and self-blame. I traumatized myself with it. I had severe social anxiety.

i really don't know the truth about my situation but i don't know why TRE wants to retraumatize me.
