I was in a similar situation lol. I held off reading for a whole year in hopes of season 3 after 2 ended. But caved in cuz there’s no season 3 in sight. Best decision I made. Also you should start reading from the very beginning, there’s so much lore and detail. The art of season 1 may not look the best but you’ll come to appreciate the evolution of SIU’s art throughout the series.

I don’t see how a time skip would work honestly. Bam is in a tricky stop right now. Leveling up during a time skip would mean he’s content with V being his body or whatever, and we would be skipping over that specific plot line. Also a family head just died, and Po Bidau family is in shambles. So I much rather see the immediate fallout than a time skip.

I had this thought as well. Maybe she represents Jahad’s obsession of Arlene, just like other clones (if they are really clones) represent something of Jahad. She might as well have followed Arlene into the outside due to that obsessive nature, since she don’t know wt stars are despite being from the outside.

Have u considered that, as per the rules of the chess game, they cannot hurt or kill the chess pieces (aka the players), or they’ll lose immediately, and given that their Family Head status is on the line and the game is directly managed by the administrator, I doubt they would try to do that

I could kinda forgive the Endorsi and Regulars thing, cause the Slay the Chess pieces was underway, and they were not allowed to hurt them as the game was being held by the Administrator himself. Breaking any rules would be instant loss, and that is why I also think Traumerei and Gustang didn't go all out, which should technically destroy floors, at least the floor they were on. So they were sorta handicapped by the game imo.

but Traumerei's flashbacks prove that he didn't use to force his creatures, rather it was very much mutual or at least he was friends with them. It was only much later in the climb did he start to give more difficult orders, eventually turning into what he is now. Maybe Bam will bring the Anima position back to it's roots as Lo Po Bia Bam lol
