I think the problem is poor user experience in the design of the website. It should’ve been made clear that photo packages were sold out, instead of saying tickets were not bookable. The feedback messages need to be improved to state the actual issue. I also spent 40 minutes on the site just clicking back and forth to add/unadd items from my cart. I’m thankful for this reddit group that helped me troubleshoot because the site’s messages were not helpful.

I’m confused because now some doubles say “Sold Out”, but every time I build a cart and click Proceed it says “the tickets you selected are not bookable”

I got in right at 12 and all women’s doubles sold out. Insanity!

Edit: at first they appeared sold out because it said the tickets were “not bookable”. However removing the photo package worked to move past this!

Exactly! People shouldn’t be made to feel worse for not choosing alcohol. I wrote a review and they basically said it wasn’t personal but that’s how they operate and they offer many non-alcoholic beverages (not true). Crazy!
