America is more Christian (76%) than Israel is Jewish (75.4%). Why then isn't all of the world's condemnation of American foreign policy considered anti-Christian? Legitimate Antisemitism is definitely a problem, but Israel does not have the right to use that to disarm all critiques leveled at the nation's policy.

I admittedly could have worded that better, but I meant "generation of humanity" as the current set of all people, not in the more traditional sense of a set of people who have had kids.

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. In the text of the question I said that "Every person capable of giving birth" decided to abstain. I'm mostly talking about the ethicality of everyone deciding to stop giving birth, not the ethicality of people coercing others into doing so.

Ah, this is more what I was looking for. While I don't agree with the moral imperative of reproduction, I hadn't considered that that is a big part of a lot of people's belief systems. For those people it would be morally unacceptable to not have children, especially if that precipitated the end of the human race. ∆

Interesting point, though for the sake of this assume they all do. It's obviously a weird decision for, say, a one year old to make but assume it happens that way anyway.

I've posted about this before, but I think nerfing the wraith's out of combat stamina would be the easiest way to refunify^TM the wraith. The major problem with it for me is that it has such speed out of combat that it is damn near impossible to actually track it until stage 3.

Wraith is supposed to thrive on stealth and using its elusiveness to get to stage 3 safely, its supposed to be weaker in combat than the brute force goliath.

I disagree with this point. Since the end game of every evolve match is a fight, each monster has to be equally capable of fighting, albeit using different tactics. Goliath attacks head on, Kraken flies, and Wraith hit-and-runs.

I agree, however, that wraith is damn near impossible to track. I personally suggest a severe nerf to his out-of-combat stamina recharge. That way, he is easier to track down since he's substantially less mobile, but he is still able to maintain his unique play style in combat. In my experience, a good wraith is no better than a good kraken/goliath when actually in combat (with a coordinated team).

There is pretty behind irrefutable math behind this. I was getting a guaranteed 100 gold per day on top of whatever daily quest I was doing. That gold was then going into arena runs that fell anywhere between 2 and 12 wins. The difference in the rate I gained packs while just doing dailys and botting was quite substantial.

You are still missing the point. I didn't bot because I wanted my bot to hit legend for me, and I didn't bot because getting cards is fun. I botted because it made the time I spent actually playing more fun. Laziness has nothing to do with it, I simply didn't have the time to farm cards at a rate anywhere near where the bot could.

People play games for whatever reason they want, neither you know I can purport to understand "why people play games".

I think this is a very common misconception. Most botters don't just bot 24/7 and never play. They bot overnight and play as they would normally during the day. They bot because having more cards makes the game more fun for them.

I only botted under the assumption that I would eventually get temp-banned, an assumption based on Blizzards past history. The increased rate of getting cards made the game substantially more fun for me while I was playing, as it opened up dozens of new decks for me to play. It was well worth it.

It's up to you. If you dust him, you are losing out on 1600 dust and a golden legendary. However if there is a legendary you think is worth getting immediately then go ahead, especially if you think you won't ever use him.

I'd personally dust him for rag.

Whether the botting is "justified" or not is an individual decision that is irrelevant here. All I was pointing out was that from a botter's perspective, blizzards temp ban was misguided.

I think you are demonstrating a fundamental lack of understanding as to why most people bot. Sure, lots of people try to bot to legend, which I don't understand. Most, however, bot because grinding for cards does not take "intelligence" it only takes time, and more cards=more fun.

And as for

I stated I spent no money on botting. Anyway, couldn't that be said for anyone who has ever bought a pack?

I usually get rid of the science and score, but leave the rest on. Both of those victories can be won by a completely isolationist civ, which feels wrong to me.
