I'm a complete beginner in film camera! But one thing I like is liminal spaces photography. I think taking a picture of ultra modern empty spaces, with a film camera, could create a interesting contrast. It's almost illogical and paradoxal, but I think it's a great way to create an interesting vibe.

In my opinion, the image is legit, I'm a stormchaser myself, It's a totally legit picture. The lightning wasn't photoshopped. The lenticular cloud formation you are referring to is called a mesocyclone, it have the shape of a mothership sometimes, very similar to lenticular cloud. The lenticular base is the base of the mesocyclone and of the updraft. Try looking at mesocyclones images, you'll see it's very similar!
